Domestic & International Shipping Policy:  If you order products from Synergistic Nutrition and live outside the USA, then realize that customs may hold up your package and may not allow it through. Synergistic Nutrition does not accept responsibility for your loss. For both USA and International orders, if your order is lost, stolen or damaged, Synergistic Nutrition is not responsible for your loss. We recommend that you call us and have us add insurance to your order, to ensure that you can be refunded. Refunds will be made after the carrier has refunded Synergistic Nutrition, which can take a few weeks.
