Return Policy

We only accept returns within a 37-day window on products that are UNOPENED. Refunds will be given after the product is returned and in saleable condition, minus a restocking fee of $5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater. Opened products are not returnable. Peptides, Cytogens, Khavinson Peptides or Bioregulatory Peptides, Special Order Items, Probiotics, Rosita Cod Liver Oil, or any other perishable items are not available for return. Books are not eligible for refund. Once approved you will mail your UNOPENED product back to:

Synergy One and Green Meadow Whey, come with a satisfaction guarantee on the first bottle or bag used. You are allowed 45 days to use Synergy One and if unsatisfied, call us to obtain a refund. You are allowed 60 days to use Green Meadow Whey and if unsatisfied, call us to obtain a refund. In an effort to identify why you may not have noticed results with our products, we would like to talk with you about your health journey to see if we can help. Simply call us to explain the reasons why you would like a refund.
